Our Story
The idea of VINS I PLATS – Wines and dishes – came up during an exploring road trip around the island some years ago. Finding the amazing wines at the bodega of Nave Rover and the hidden gourmet restaurant Es Torrent de Son Carrió – two fizzling gems which had to be connected.
Today we are friends who love Mallorca. We are passioned for the unique Mallorcan wine, the locally sourced products and the extraordinary Mallorcan flavors. But the most important thing which connects us, is the love to create unforgettable culinary moments, which we are creating for you.
